Former NLB Director Thusitha Halloluwa further remanded

The Colombo Magistrate’s Court today (04) rejected the bail request of Thusitha Halloluwa, the former Director of the National Lotteries Board, who is currently in remand custody in connection with the recent shooting incident involving his vehicle in Narahenpita.

Accordingly, the Colombo Additional Magistrate ordered that Thusitha Halloluwa be remanded until September 18.

Thusitha Halloluwa who was evading court was arrested in Colpetty on August 19.

He was arrested in relation to a shooting incident involving the vehicle of Halloluwa in Narahenpita.
