Underworld figure ‘Bus Lalith’ arrested in Dubai

Notorious underworld figure Lalith Kannangara, also known as ‘Bus Lalith’, has been arrested in Dubai.

He is alleged to be heading a Sri Lankan organised criminal network while based in Dubai.

‘Bus Lalith’ has been implicated in several criminal cases.
