TV Derana wins award for Television Program Channel of the Year

TV Derana bagged many top awards at the 2022 Raigam Tele’es today (March 25), anchoring its position as the most trusted news and entertainment channel in the country.

Accordingly, “TV Derana” won the  Best Television Program Channel of The Year Award, at the 2022 Raigam Tele’es awards ceremony held at the Shangri-La, Colombo on Saturday (25).

Meanwhile, “The Other Side” Documentary Program on TV Derana produced by K. C. Saranga won the Special Jury Award at 2022 Raigam Tele’es.

At the same time, Ada Derana’s special investigation segment “Ukussa” won the Best News Segment Award.

TV Derana’s political talk show “Aluth Parlimenthuwa” also won the award for Best Talk Show, while “Ape Chooti Du” won the award for Best Dubbed Programme.

“Derana 60 plus”, aired by TV Derana,  also won the award for Best Reality Programme.

Ada Derana’s news segment, “Ada Derana News”  bagged the award for the Most Popular Television News Brand of The Year.

The award ceremony took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo.
