India captain Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and opted to bowl in the high-pressure Asia Cup final against Pakistan.

India made two changes to their playing XI with Jasprit Bumrah and Rinku Singh replacing Harshit Rana and Hardik Pandya.

Pakistan has named an unchanged XI from the previous encounter.

India have already faced Pakistan twice in the tournament previously, and both times India won comprehensively. They won by 7 wickets in the Group Stage, followed by a six-wicket win the Super Four stage.

India have been the most dominant side of the tournament so far. They have remained unbeaten throughout the tournament. Abhishek Sharma has been the show stealer for India, having scored half-centuries in the three consecutive matches of the Super Four stage.

Pakistan have been pretty inconsistent throughout the tournament, even though they have won all their matches barring the two games against India.

This is the first time that India and Pakistan will be facing each other in the Asia Cup final in the history of the tournament.
