“Refreshing Your Employability” is a programme designed exclusively for youngsters who are about to peruse their careers and for those who have just started their work lives says founder of Epitom Consulting, Ragulan Tharmakulasingam.

“As a socially responsible corporate we had an urge to give something great to society in addition to our professional services” says Ragulan. “Refreshing Your Employability” is a programme which was developed to educate and enhance young Sri Lankans to climb the career ladder without any hassles and face career challenges with confident. This programme mainly targets school leavers, fresh graduates and undergraduates. However, whoever wishes to improve their employability can also attend this programme.

This programme mainly covers the areas of Grooming and Etiquette (Attire), Positive Attitude at Work Place and Time Management (managing studies and work). These topics were designed as a result of understanding the youngsters’ requirements as well as employers’ expectations from the youngsters who are applying for jobs.   

The trainers on the topics are industry experts who have achieved noteworthy careers and the programme guarantees that the participants will learn something new which will enhance their employability drastically.
